  • Before you first use the Boob Tape, do a skin patch test. The best way to test is to use a small patch of tape under your breast or on any delicate skin. You are testing for redness, itching, or burning. If you experience any of these symptoms, do not use the Boob tape.
  • We suggest not wearing the tape for more than 10 hours. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin.
