At The Rescue Kit Company, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

The product must be unused and unopened

You must provide proof of purchase
Please note: Due to the personal nature of our products, all opened or used items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes all styling tools, kits, sprays, and accessories once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@therescuekitco.com. Be sure to:

Retain the original packaging and materials

Include photos of the damage if possible
We will guide you through the next steps and cover the cost of returning the damaged item. Once received, we’ll promptly send a replacement.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused, the order will be reviewed upon return. If the items are found to be:

Unopened

Unused

In original condition
Then a refund may be issued, minus a $20 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
